Who are we?

We are community of paddle boarders with a sense of fun and adventure, connecting people across the Gwent and South Wales area who want to explore the local waterways with like-minded individuals.
It is free to join our paddles, however you will need to pay a launch fee at some locations.
No need to book, just turn up and join us!

Please note we do not offer instruction or equipment hire. Paddlers must have completed a minimum of an introduction to SUP course before joining us.

Why paddle with us?

Fitness

Stand-up paddleboarding is a full-body workout that targets all the major muscle groups in your body, including your arms, shoulders, back, core, and legs. It's an excellent way to improve your cardiovascular fitness and overall strength, as well as your balance and coordination. It is also a low-impact activity which is easy on the joints, making it an ideal exercise for people of all ages and fitness levels.

Mental Health

In today's world, when stress levels are at their highest, it's critical to find methods to disconnect, unwind, and naturally manage the pressures of everyday life. Stand-up paddle boarding allows you to get away from it all while still taking in nature's scenery, scents, and sounds. Not only does being near water naturally lower stress levels, but you're also using exercise's well-documented mental health benefits.

Social

The paddleboarding community is growing rapidly and increasingly people are looking to connect with others who enjoy the sport. Whether you are looking to make new friends, build your confidence in local paddle spots, or simply want to enjoy the safety benefits that come with paddling in a group, you will be made to feel welcome with us.
